The representative K-Tipp survey on customer satisfaction shows that SWICA, with 77.8% very satisfied customers, has a big lead over the rest of the sector. Compared with previous very good ratings from earlier years, SWICA has once again built on its outstanding performance to achieve an absolute record. This is due, among other things, to continuous investment in customer service and the hard work and commitment of SWICA's employees.
